BA Hons Psychological Counselling, Post Graduate In Education
Geneve is an FHT and ACCPH accredited holistic counsellor and wellbeing coach. Her work is grounded, compassionate, and practical, with a strong focus on emotional regulation, grounding, and supporting people to develop tools they can use in everyday life.
Alongside her counselling work, Geneve is an accredited educator with Federation of Holistic Therapists, having gained accreditation for her postgraduate teaching qualification. She has a particular interest in psychoeducation and skills-based learning, supporting people to understand their emotional responses and build confidence in supporting themselves — and others — safely and ethically.
Geneve’s approach combines holistic counselling and wellbeing coaching, offering a calm, reflective space that supports insight, self-awareness, and practical change without pressure or judgement.
My work is client-led and trauma-informed, supporting emotional wellbeing through compassionate conversation, reflection, and practical therapeutic tools. I work with both individuals and couples, creating a safe space where there is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
Sessions may include counselling skills, CBT-informed techniques, grounding practices, emotional regulation strategies, and mind–body awareness to support nervous system balance. My approach is grounded in established psychological theory, including Person-Centred Therapy, Compassion-Focused principles, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also work with women navigating perimenopause and menopause through my Compassion First Framework, which recognises the biopsychosocial impact of hormonal change without pathologising this natural stage of life.
I support adults with:
Anxiety and persistent worry
Stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm
Low mood and emotional fatigue
Trauma-related experiences
Grief and loss
Self-esteem and confidence difficulties
Emotional regulation and coping skills
Perimenopause and Menopause
Sessions are confidential and non-judgemental, offering space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences while building practical ways to manage daily challenges. The focus is on empowerment, self-awareness, and supporting balance in everyday life.
